The Victorian courier operation services all metropolitan suburbs every 2 – 3 hours as a routine and has special services that respond to urgent requests with direct-to-laboratory couriers.
Our personnel are trained to understand your business and assist you with minimal interruption to your hospital, surgery or clinic.
All our vehicles carry our state of the art courier transport computers, which register at all pick-ups the type of specimen on board and the estimated arrival time to the laboratory. This information is relayed to our laboratory in a real time environment and ensures your specimen is handled, sorted and processed as efficiently as possible.
We are able to give you pinpoint pick up times with guaranteed arrival time to lab to ensure urgent specimens are transported by the most effective means available.
Regional Victoria
The regional areas we service are also resourced to ensure very similar routine pick-ups are available to all hospitals, clinics and centres.
